Shipping Policy

Pre-Order Notice: Some items in our store are available for pre-order. Pre-ordered products are purchased before they are in stock. By placing a pre-order, you are reserving your item and helping us bring it to life.

Estimated Shipping Timeframe: Pre-order items are estimated to ship within 4–6 weeks from the date of purchase. We will notify you via email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Regular Orders: In-stock items are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Shipping Destinations: We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be available — please contact us at support@ezepainus.com for inquiries.

Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation after placing your order. Please allow up to 24 hours for your confirmation to arrive.
